  • acting for a pharmaceutical company in relation to alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct and Federal Court proceedings for false and misleading conduct;
  • assisting a pharmaceutical company to lodge a complaint for breach of the Code of Conduct;
  • conducting a review of Aging, Disability and Homecare, Department of Human Services dispute resolution processes and considering the establishment of a mediation process;
  • acting for a doctor in relation to defamation claims relating to off label use;
  • acting for a pharmaceutical company in relation to a breach of contract claim;
  • acting for medical professionals in relation to alleged unprofessional conduct;
  • acting for a pharmacist appealing rejection of an application to the Australian Community Pharmacy Authority;
  • acting for a Taiwanese manufacturer of a therapeutic device in a cross-claim by the Australian distributor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales where it was alleged that defects in the labelling of the device resulted in serious injury to a child;
  • acting for an international cosmetic company in proceedings against it in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory concerning an alleged anaphylactic reaction to skin care products; and
  • acting for a global silicone supplier in finalising class actions for silicone implants in the Federal Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales and in dealing with subsequent claims in the District Court of New South Wales.
