Claudia has acted in a range of commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and media claims. Her experience includes acting for clients in proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia as well as representing clients in public inquiries and investigations by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and other regulatory bodies.
Claudia holds a Master of International Law from the University of Sydney and has a law degree from the University of Münster, Germany. Claudia is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
Claudia is board member of the German-Australian-Pacific Lawyers Association, where she organises and presents at conferences and seminars. She is an active member of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Australia) and the Spanish-Australian Chamber of Commerce (La Cámara).
