Emma Davies is a Senior Associate with Resolve Litigation Lawyers.

Emma has over 10 years' experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and commenced her career at a large commercial law firm in Sydney.

Emma has acted for and advised a broad range of clients from individuals to large financial institutions involved in commercial, contractual, competition and property disputes.

Emma has appeared in Federal and State courts, as well as representing clients in negotiations and mediations.

Emma’s unique experience also includes 8 years working in the sports management industry.
