  • a major domestic bank defending multiple wrongful dismissal and other employment claims in the Federal Court of Australia as well as acting in related proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in the Local Court of New South Wales;
  • a major domestic bank in class action proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales;
  • acting for an executive in an employment dispute with a state government department;
  • advising health care practitioners about inquiries into alleged unprofessional conduct; and
  • individuals defending restraint of trade and breach of confidentiality claims.
